摘要
对中国石化成品油销售物流现状及存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了销售体制改革的思路。结合中国石化成品油物流特点,通过SWOT分析和战略矩阵分析,提出了中国石化成品油销售物流的发展战略以及分阶段实施步骤。
It analyzes the current situation and prob lems existed in the distribution logistics of Sinopec petroleum products, then the idea of sales syestem reform is put forward.Combined with the logistics characteristics of Sinopec oil products and by means of the SWOT analysis and strategic matrix analysis,the development strategies and staged implementation procedures of Sinopec oil products distribution logistics are proposed.
