摘要
本文针对幕墙玻璃突发性自爆或松动脱落并导致城市灾难事故等问题,将基于模态参数的损伤检测方法应用于隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶的损伤与老化程度识别中。通过试验,研究了结构胶的界面脱胶和老化对幕墙玻璃板模态参数的影响。结果表明,结构胶脱胶位置处的玻璃模态位移振型比未损伤时振幅明显增大,频率随脱胶长度的增大而降低;随着结构胶的老化时间的增长,结构胶对玻璃的粘结作用力不断下降,玻璃的固有频率变化率也不断增大,因而可通过频率变化率来识别结构胶的老化程度。
A method based on modal parameters was presented for identifying the damage and aging of the structure silicone sealant in concealed frame glass curtain wall. The relationship between the changes of modal parameter and the interfacial debonding and aging of the structural silicone sealant were studied by experiment. The results show that the amplitude of the displacement modal shape increased evidently at the debond position and the natural frequency also decreased with the increasing of the debond length of the structural silicone sealant. With the increasing of the aging time, because the bond strength between the glass and structural silicone sealant is decreased, so the natural frequency change rate of the curtain wall glass are increasing with same extent, thus natural frequency change rate of the glass can be used to distinguish the aging extend of the structural silicone sealant.
