脑梗死患者阿司匹林抵抗与血栓素B2的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死患者服用阿司匹林前后血小板功能和代谢产物的变化及两者相关性。方法选取入院前至少1个月未服用阿司匹林等抗血小板聚集药物的脑梗死患者218例,给予阿司匹林100mg/d口服治疗10d,治疗前后检测分别由二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和花生四烯酸(AA)诱导的血小板聚集率(PAG)和尿血栓素B2(TXB2)指标。结果治疗后PAG、尿TXB2水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。用药后阿司匹林半抵抗(ASR)组+阿司匹林抵抗(AR)组各检测指标均显著高于阿司匹林敏感(AS)组(P<0.01)。由ADP、AA诱导的PAG与TXB2的下降水平间有一定的相关性。结论服用阿司匹林后,多数患者的血小板聚集合成被抑制,TXB2下降,且二者有一定的相关性。 Objective To study the changes of platelet function according to platelet aggregation(PAG) and the concentration of urine thromboxane B2 (TXB2 )in the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 218 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases who had no aspirin or other anti-platelet agents treatment for at least one month were selected. PAG was assayed by optical aggregation using adenosine diphosphate(ADP)and arachidonic acid (AA). Urine thromboxane B2 (TXB2) concentration was detected by ELISA kits. Then the patients were treated with aspirin 100mg/day, after 10 days tested again. Results Platelet aggregation using ADP and AA of the treated group reduced obviously. Urine TXB2 concentration decreased obviously. There was correlation between PAG and TXB2. Conclusion After aspirin treatment, most of patients PAG and thromboxane B2 (TXB2 )are restrained obviously. There is correlation between them.
