摘要
采用PTA法,通过在聚合过程中添加阻燃剂,合成阻燃膜用聚酯,并进行了挤出及双向拉伸试验。结果表明:合成的阻燃膜用聚酯结晶能力比常规超有光聚酯低,利于薄膜生产的铸片和拉伸;制成的阻燃薄膜极限氧指数提高,且不影响薄膜的光学性能。
In this paper a flame retardant polyester for films was prepared by PTA direct esterification densation process with adding some flame retardant agent. The result showed that the flame retardant PET was suited for casting and strenching, and it has higher limited oxygen index than fiber grade PET.
