摘要
在纺丝窗上运用整流器对丝束冷却进行均匀化控制,同时通过优化纺丝条件,生产55.6 dtex/144 f的超细旦涤纶FDY,并研究了整流器对纤维结构性能的影响。
By use of rectifiers on spinning windows, a controllable fiber cooling environment was provided , at the same time by optimizing the spinning conditions, 55.6dtex/144f super fine polyester FDY has been produced. The impact of rectifiers on structure and properties of the fibers is also studied.
