摘要 采用"曝气铁炭微电解-水解酸化-好氧生物处理-臭氧氧化"工艺对荧光增白剂生产废水进行了处理。研究了曝气铁炭微电解的铁炭质量比、反应时间和废水pH对处理效果的影响,以及水解酸化、好氧生物处理、臭氧氧化各处理阶段的处理效果,并对最终出水水质进行了分析。结果表明,采用"曝气铁炭微电解-水解酸化-好氧生物处理-臭氧氧化"工艺处理荧光增白剂生产废水,当进水COD为5620mg·L-1左右时,出水TOC降至68.45mg·L-1,SS质量浓度降至25.9mg·L-1,浊度降至2.4NTU,色度降至0。 Aerate ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis method, hydrolysis acidification, aerobic biological treatment and ozone oxidization combined technology was applied to treat fluorescent whitening agent wastewater. The factors such as Iron to carbon weight ratio, reaction time, pH of wastewater affecting the pretreatment efficiency were investigated, and treating effect of hydrolysis acidification, aerobic biological treatment and ozone oxidization was examined. Moreover, we analyzed the quality indexes of effluent. The results indicated that process of aerate ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis method and hydrolysis acidification and aerobic biological treatment and ozone oxidization were effective and practical for fluorescent whitening agent wastewater, by which when the COD concentration of the influent was about 5 620 mg·L^-1, the TOC lowered 68.45 mg·L^-1, the suspended solids lowered to 25.9 mg·L^-1, the turbidity lowered to 2.4 NTU and the chromaticity lowered to 0 in the effluent.
