输卵管畸胎瘤(附1例病例报告)

Mature cystic teratoma of the fallopian tube:a case report and review of literature

目的探讨输卵管畸胎瘤的临床病理特点、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对1例输卵管畸胎瘤进行分析并复习文献。结果输卵管畸胎瘤的组织与卵巢畸胎瘤相同,含有三个胚层衍化的组织。结论输卵管畸胎瘤极为罕见,一般在手术前颇难准确诊断,多因子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、剖宫产等盆腔手术中偶然发现并经病理确诊。肿瘤来源于具有多向分化潜能的生殖细胞,为囊实性或实性,多数病灶在输卵管的峡部或壶腹部。

Objective To discuss clinicopathological characteristics,diagnosis and different diagnosis of the teratoma of the fallopian tube. Methods A case with teratoma of the fallopian tube was analyzed, in combination with a review of literatures. Results Histologically of the teratoma of the fallopian tube was similar to teratoma of the ovary and elsewhere. The tumor consisted of bone, hair, fat, sebaceous and sweat glands or so. Conclusion Teratoma of the fallopian tube is very uncommon and extremely diffieuh been diagnosed preoperatively. Many have been discovered incidentally in hysterectomy,bilateral salpingectomy and ovariectomy following diagnosed by Pathology. They develop from a totipotential stem cell. The majority are mature solid and cystic teratomas, show great variation in size and are commonly located in the ampulla or the isthmus.
