复方萘普生栓和利多卡因联合应用于绝经取环术

Efficacy of using composite naproxen suppository combined with lidocaine in removal of IUD in postmenopausal women

目的探讨复方萘普生栓联合利多卡因应用于绝经取环术的临床效果。方法选择自愿行取环术的绝经期妇女1008例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予复方萘普生栓与利多卡因联合应用,对照组单用复方萘普生栓。观察两组进行取环术时镇痛、宫颈软化扩张、取器效果和术中出血情况。结果观察组的镇痛效果、宫颈软化扩张、取器效果均明显优于对照组(P均<0.01),术中出血量比对照组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论复方萘普生栓联合利多卡应用于绝经取环术镇痛、宫颈软化扩张效果好,取器成功率高。该方法简便、有效、安全,受术者容易接受,尤其适宜基层计划生育技术服务站(所)推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of using composite naproxen suppository combined with lidocaine in removal of IUD in postmenopausal women. Methods One thousand and eight postmenopausal women who expected to remove IUD were randomly divided into two groups ：observation group（504 cases） and control group（504 cases）. The observation group received composite naproxen suppository, combined with lidocaine while the control group only received composite naproxen suppository. The analgesic effect, soften and relaxation degree of the cervix and removal result were observed. Results The analgesic effect, soften and relaxation degree of the cervix and removal result in observation group were better than those of control group（ all P 〈 0.01 ）. The bleeding volume in observation group was less than that of control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Using composite naproxen suppository, combined with lidocaine in removal of IUD in postmenopausal women are convenient, effective and safe, and could be wildly used in clinic.
