纯棉高档热熔黏合染色衬生产实践

摘要 介绍了纯棉热熔黏合染色衬布前处理、染色、防缩整理、粉点涂层等染整生产工艺,研究了防皱整理剂用量、整理液pH值、焙烘温度对整理衬布释放甲醛、撕破强力、断裂强力和色差的影响,确定了较佳的生产工艺。衬布用PE粉涂层后,再经机械预缩整理,生产的热熔黏合衬布经向缩水率-0.6%,纬向缩水率-0.8%,甲醛释放量35.7mg/kg,剥离强力19.3N,都达到了优等品指标值。 The processing techniques of dyed cotton fusible interlinings, such as pre-treatment, dyeing, shrinkproof finishing, powder point coating were introduced. And the effects of the dosage of anticrease finishes, finishing solution pH, curing temperature on the released formaldehyde, tear force, breaking strength and color difference of finishing interlinings were also studied to determine a better production process. After PE powder point coating and mechanical pre-shrinking finishing on interlinings, the warpwise shrinkage of fusible interlinings reached to -0.6%, while the widthwise shrinkage was -0.8%. In the meantime, the released formaldehyde decreased to 35.7 mg/kg and the adhesion strength was 19.3 N. All above of the properties attained to the superior indicator of the value of goods.
