印染机摆布机构的反求设计与实践

Inverse design and practice of crank and rocker placing cloth mechanism

针对印染机曲柄摇杆式摆布机构在布匹整理生产中出现的质量问题,通过对机构的运动分析找出原因,即在单位时间内输入织物的长度与摆放织物的长度不协调,机构具有明显的急回性。利用反求设计方法得到了解决问题的办法,即通过调整曲柄和机架长度增大摆臂摆角和消除摆臂的急回性。实践显示改进方法具有理想的效果。

Aimed to the trouble which crank and rocker placing mechanism appeared in the cloth-arranged, the reasons of the problems were found by using mechanism motion analysis. Namely, export and import of fabric was not coordinate in the same time and mechanism exists rapid return nature. A solution was presented to remove the trouble based on inverse design method. That is, height of crank and frame were chosen to adjust in order to increase sway angle of pendulum arm and dispel its rapid return nature. Practice of improvement showes its good result.
