烤前喷洒化学物质对上部烟叶品质的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为改善上部烟叶质量,在烘烤前对上部烟叶分别喷洒苹果酸、柠檬酸、蔗糖、硼酸和H2O2等5种化学物质,并对不同处理的烟叶外观质量、化学成分和评吸质量进行分析。结果表明:烤前喷洒这5种化学物质均能显著提高上部桔黄色烟叶所占比例;烤前喷洒苹果酸10g/竿烟和柠檬酸5g/竿烟对上部烟叶化学成分含量和评吸质量均无显著影响;烤前喷洒蔗糖20g/竿烟和硼酸2g/竿烟均增加了上部烟叶的香气量,提升了上部烟叶的质量档次;烤前喷洒H2O22mL/竿烟显著降低上部烟叶烟碱含量,显著提高上部烟叶中石油醚提取物总量,改善烟叶香气质,并提高烟叶的质量档次。 For improving the quality of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco, five chemicals, including malic acid, citric acid, sucrose, boric acid and H2O2, were sprayed respectively on the upper leaves before fluecuring, and the appearance quality, chemical component contents and smoking quality of the leaves were analyzed. The results showed that the proportion of orange leaves increased obviously by chemical spraying; there was no significant effects on the chemical component contents and smoking quality by spraying malic acid (10 g per stick) and citric acid (5 g per stick); the aroma volume and the quality level were improved by spraying sucrose (20 g per stick) and boric acid (2 g per stick) ; the content of nicotine reduced remarkably, petroleum ether extracts increased significantly, and quality of aroma and quality level were also enhanced by spraying H2O2 (2 mL per stick).
