建立国家工业体系和国民经济体系理论是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分

建立国家工业体系和国民经济体系理论,凝聚了毛泽东等伟人的政治和理论智慧,主要有4个基本观点:在一穷二白的基础上逐步实现社会主义工业化,把中国建设成一个伟大的社会主义国家;社会主义工业化的具体的近期目标是建成一个独立的比较完整的工业体系和国民经济体系;建立工业体系和国民经济体系要走中国式的工业化道路,实行计划经济,搞好综合平衡,尽量采用先进技术;建立工业体系和国民经济体系要发展商品生产,实施并坚持统筹兼顾、自力更生为主争取外援为辅、多快好省、勤俭建国等方针。这一理论是毛泽东思想体系的重要组成部分。

The theory to build national industrial system and national economic system, filling with the political and theoretical wisdom of Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Liu Shaoqi, Zhu De, Deng Xiaoping and Chen Yun and other great founders of the New China, includes four basic points: on the foundation of poverty and insufficiency China has gradually realized socialist industrialization and becomes a great socialist country; the short-term aim of socialist industrialization is to complete an independent industrial system and national economic system; following the building the two systems, China will realize planned economy, maintain comprehensive balance and adopt advanced technologies; to develop the commodity economy, and carry out the policy of overall plans, self-independence, fast and frugality. This theory is an important part of the system of Mao Zedong thought.
