双腔制动阀下体压铸模设计

Development of die casting die for the lower body of double-cavity brake valve

针对双腔制动阀下体的复杂结构,分析原压铸模具设计失败的原因,重新设计了压铸件的浇口位置及压铸模结构。实践证明,改进后的模具工艺性好,铸件质量高,有一定的参考价值。

After analysis on the design failure cause of the lower body die casting of a double-cavity brake valve, the gate location in the die casting and the structure of a die casting die were replanned and have proven successful.
