摘要 目的研究情景模拟健康教育方法在不同文化程度的开胸手术患者中的应用效果。方法将行开胸手术的患者192例,随机分为实验组(100例)和对照组(92例)。对照组采用传统健康教育法进行术前健康教育,实验组采用情景模拟的教学方法进行术前健康教育。将两组患者按文化程度分为:初中及初中以下文化程度的患者(A组)和初中以上文化程度的患者(B组)。评估各组患者的围手术期的遵医行为。结果对照组中A组与B组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。实验组中A组与B组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。实验组与对照组相比,A组患者遵医行为显著提高(P<0.01);B组比较实验组遵医行为虽较对照组好,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论情景模拟健康教育方法能够提高患者的遵医行为,特别是对低文化程度患者尤为明显。 Objective Study the relationship between the effect of "scene imitation method"on health education and thoracic surgery patients' educational attainments. Methods 192 thoracic surgery patients were randomly divided into experimental group (100 patients) and control group (92 patients) between 2008.01-2009.03. Traditional health education was applied in the control group before operation. Scene imitation method in health education was applied in the experimental group before operation. The patients were subdivided into junior high school group (A subgroup) and senior high school group(B subgroup). The patients' medical order-obeying behavior (MOOB) of all groups was assessed in perioperation. Results There was clear difference between A and B subgroup in the control group (P〈0.05). There was no clear difference between A and B subgroup in the experimental group (P〉0.05). In comparison with control group, MOOB of A subgroup in experimental group improved significantly (P〈0.01). MOOB of B subgroup in experimental group was better than control group, but no clear difference(P〉0.05). Conclusions Scene imitation method in health education can improve patients' MOOB, especially in the low education level.
