摘要
为解决城市交通安全规划问题,使在有限的总投资内,获得最大的效益,引入计算机免疫算法来提供有效的解决途径,采用近似化的优化手段,用启发式的方法来解决城市交通规划这样高度复杂的问题。
In order to deal with the problem of safety plan of city road traffic, that in a limited total investment to come out the greatest benefits, introducts the computer immuse algorithm, uses the similar optimization and inspired methods to solve the complex problem like safety plan of city road traffic.
