摘要
针对装配作业调度优化问题,考虑装配过程中工具的更换次数、零件装配方向的改变次数和零件装配类型的变化次数的影响,提出一种支持多目标和多优先级车间调度策略的规划模型,给出正确的调度策略及求解算法。实例分析表明该方法的有效性和可行性。
Aiming at the problems of assembling operational planning, considering the influences on the assembling operation affected by the type of assembling operation, concurrent degree of assembly and number of times of redirection, and proposes a programming model sup- porting multi objective and multi priority for job-shop scheduling to solve this problem, gives the correct strategy and scheduling algorithm. Analysis of example shows the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
