摘要 分析了电站锅炉排烟余热回收的可行性,解决了烟气低温腐蚀和传热管积灰堵灰的技术问题,在此基础上研制成功了电站锅炉排烟余热回收装置.该装置在上海外高桥第三发电厂2台1 000 MW超临界火电机组上投入使用,运行效果良好. The feasibility of heat recovery from the exhaust gas of power boiler was analyzed. The technical problems of flue gas low temperature corrosion and ash fouling on heat transfer tubes were solved. And the heat recovery equipment for exhaust gas of power boiler was successfully developed. The equipment was put into operation in two sets of 1 000 MW supercritieal fossil power units in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Third Power Generation Co. , Ltd. , and achieved good operational results.
