紫外分光光度法测定牦牛脑磷脂含量及其定性分析

UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY DETERMINATION AND QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS PHOSPHOLIPIS FROM YARK BRAIN

测定牦牛脑中磷脂含量,采用紫外分光光度法,测得牦牛脑组织中磷脂含量为6.83%,并利用TLC和红外光谱对提取物进行定性分析。采用紫外分光光度法测定牦牛脑中磷脂含量,测得牦牛脑组织中磷脂含量为6.83%。紫外分光光度法设备简单,试验成本低,测定条件易掌握,并利用TLC和红外光谱对提取物进行定性分析,确证为磷脂。

Determines yield of phospholipids from Yark brain, using UV spectrophotometry, the yield of phospholipids from Yark brain is 6.83 %, and qualitative analysis by the measure of the TLC and IR. Using UV speetrophotometry determines yield of phospholipids from Yark brain. Results show that the yield of phospholipids from Yark brain is 6.83 %, the UV instrument is simple, the experimental cost lower, the determination condition easy to grasp and qualitative analysis by the measure of the TLC and IR.
