摘要
将蚕蛹复合氨基酸溶于2%稀硝酸溶液,用硝酸镁和磷酸二氢铵作为改进剂,采用450℃与800℃两步灰化,用石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定出蚕蛹复合氨基酸中的铅,提高检测速度,所得结果与微波消解法相符。铅浓度在0.00μg/L~40.00μg/L范围内称良好线性关系,线性方程A=0.003536C+0.008723,相关系数为0.9988,检出限0.28μg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=7)3.0%~3.2%,样品的添加回收率89.2%~96.4%。结果表明:石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接可以直接测定蚕蛹复合氨基酸中的铅,此方法简便、快捷,免除样品前处理的复杂消解过程。
The amino acid complex taken from silkworm cocoons is soluble in the 2 % thin nitric acid with improvers of magnesium nitrate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. And 450 ℃ 800 ℃ two steps to determinate of Pb in amino acid complex taken from silkworm cocoons.That improves the detection speed and the result comes up to microwave digestion method. It is a good linear of lead concentration in the range of 0.00 μg/L- 40.00 μg/L, the linear equation is A = 0.003 536C + 0.008 723, relative coefficient is 0.998 8, recoveries of adding standard sample is 89.2 %-96.4 %. It is found that graphite furnace AAS may directly determinate Pb. In amino acid complex taken from silkworm cocoons which is simple rapid, there isn't any complicated digestion of sample treating.
