摘要 水是人体必须的营养元素,有着重要的生理功能。人体通过各种形式补充和排泄水分,以维持体内的水分平衡,而缺水或水摄入过量对人体都是有害的。由于水中溶解有大量的电解质,人体即通过其浓度变化引发生理反应形成自动调节机制,因此,人体在补充水分时除了要重视卫生安全之外还要重视微量元素的补充,选择健康的饮用水。 An important physiological function of water is the essential nutrient in human body. Many systems work together to complement and excrete water in order to maintain the water balance in human body. It is certainly not health if one loses the water balance in the body. The electrolyte dissolved in water is the physical conditioning factor for controlling the automatic adjustment mechanisms. Therefore, human should choose the healthy drinking water that is safety and rich in trace elements.
