A Development and Strategy Study of SME Clusters in Heilongjiang Province

中小企业集群是当代经济组织发展的一个重要方向,在形成规模经济、提高分工协作水平、降低企业经营风险和提高企业竞争力方面作用突出。虽然黑龙江省中小企业集群已成雏形,但还存在一些问题,如集群规模过小,规划不合理,内部组织结构无序,缺乏技术创新动力和发展动力。

SME cluster is an important direction in contemporary economic research. It has prominent roles to produce economies of scale , raise the level of cooperation and division of labor, reduce business risks and enhance their competitiveness. Heilongjiang Province has shaped primary SME dusters, but there are some problems, such as the cluster size, unreasonable planning, disorder of internal structures , lack of technological inno- vation drive and development power, and so on.
