摘要
通过利用SWOT分析法对黑龙江省构建企业创新人才支撑体系进行分析,得出黑龙江构建企业人才创新体系优势大于劣势、机遇大于挑战的结论。应充分利用这一有利契机,相应采取增强型战略,为构建黑龙江省企业人才创新支撑体系创造良好的环境,为黑龙江省的企业创新提供良好的平台。
Using SWOT analysis of the creative talents of Heilongjiang province to build enterprise support system, through the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of analysis resulted in Heilongjiang talent innovation system to build strengths than weaknesses, opportunities out-weigh the challenges. Should take full advantage of this favorable opportunity, corresponding to an enhanced strategy for innovation and entrepreneurial talents and enterprises in Heilongjiang province, to build support systems to create a good environment for business innovation in Heilongjiang Province to provide a good platform.
