On Contrast Tests of Automatic Biochemical Analyzer

目的：探讨患者标本同一项目检测结果在不同生化分析仪上的可比性。方法：用4个检测系统同时测定20份新鲜病人血清的各项生化指标，并将所得的结果进行线性回归分析。结论：周日立仪器、罗氏cfas罗氏试剂及程序作为溯源目标系统检测结果具溯源性，可提高各仪器测定结果的可比性和准确性。

Objective： To explore the comparativeness of the test results of the same item from the patient sample by different biochemical analyzers. Methods： Testing all the biochemical indexes of the serum of 20 patients with 4 systems at the same time and making linear regression analysis on the results. Conclusion： Rili instrument and Luoshi reagent and procedures can improve the comparativeness and accuracy of the testing results.
