Cost- effect Analysis on Two Surgery Models in Treating Renal Cyst

目的：探讨两种术式治疗肾囊肿的经济效果，为患者选择经济合理的诊治方法。方法：对89例肾囊肿患者采用不同手术方式诊治结果进行成本-效果分析和比较。结果：A．B两组的治疗成本分别为6936．89元、5364．37元，有效率分别为97．87％、97．62％，成本-效果比分别为7087．86、5495．15。A组相对于B组的增量成本-效果比为6290．28。结论：B组方案为较佳方案。

Objective： To explore the economic effects of two surgery models in treating renal cyst. Methods： Making cost- effect analysis on the diagnosis results of 89 cases of patients with renal cyst by different surgery models and comparing them. Results： The treatment costs of A and B group were 6936.89 Yuan and 5364.37 Yuan. The effective rates of them were 97.87% and 97.62%. The ratios of cost to effect were 7087.86 and 5495.15. Conclusion： Scheme B is better.
