摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法提高护理实习生临床实践能力的应用效果。方法:将80名护理实习生随机分为两组,观察组采用。缸教学法,对照组采用传统带教方法,1月后对各项指标进行考核和问卷调查。结果:观察组各项考核成绩和各项能力均明显高于对照组,比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论:PBL教学法的应用能明显提高护理实习生的临床实践能力。
Objective: To investigate whether PBL teaching method could improve the clinical practical ability of nursing students. Methods: 80 nursing students were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups: observation group that used PBL teaching method and control group that used traditional teaching method. 1 month later, the abilities of students were evaluated based on the following 5 main aspects: theoretic-writing examination; nursing prcxxdure; comprehensive individual nursing care plan; holistic nursing history-writing and comprehensive achievement. Meanwhile all students filled out a questionaire which aimed to evaluate their abilities including self- leaming skills, nursing practical thinking, nursing performence, holistic nursing and communicating with patients. Results: All results indicated that students using PBL teaching method scored higher than those using traditional teaching mode, these results were significantly different (P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01). Conclusion: Application of PBL teaching method promotes nursing students' abilities of self- study, thinking, innovating and nursing practice. Consequently, PBL teaching method could improve the clinical, practical ability of nursing students.
