对震灾伤员救治的感控工作体会

On Experience of Infection Control of the Wounded of The Earthquake

目的：探索灾后伤员救治的感染控制措施。方法：加强感染知识的学习、病区和医疗废物管理、伤口感染控制，合理使用抗茵药物，加大医院感染监管力度等。结果：医院在灾后伤员感染控制、减少死亡及致残率方面成效显著。结论：院感工作应早重视、强制度、重落实、勤评价。

Objective： To explore the infection control measures. Methods： Strengthening the learning of infection knowledge, the management of the medical wastes and the control of the wound infection; making rational use of antibacterial; monitoring strictly and so on. Results： It was effective for the hospital to reduce death rate and the rate of being disabled. Conclusion： The infection control should be emphasized by the hospitals.
