对于大学毕业即加入生理学教学队伍的新人，本文认为要尽快成长为一名合格的优秀的教师，需要重点培养授课技能，包括采用问题式教学、讲解生理学的经典实验、狠抓实验课质量、电教的使用和因材施教等。

This paper illustrated that in order to be a qualified teacher, one should be cultivated teaching skill including problem instruction, experimental instruction, computer-based education and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.
