腰椎后路横突间植骨内固定治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄

Outcome of Posterior Approach Intertransverse Process Autograft Fusion and Transpedicle Screw Fixation on Senile Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的探讨腰椎后路横突间植骨内固定治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法2000年1月-2007年12月间应用后路椎管减压横突间植骨椎弓根内固定系统治疗25例老年性腰椎管狭窄患者,均获得随访。随访时间6～18个月,按平均6个月。结果按Nahal分级标准观察术前术后及X线检查判定临床疗效所有患者植骨均获得愈合。Nahal评分,优15例良9例中1例。结论腰椎后路横突间植骨内固定治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄症疗效好。

Objective To discuss the curative effect and methods of intertransverse process autograft fusion and transpedicle screw fixation on senile degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods From Jan 2000 to Dec 2007,25 senile degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis patients were operated by posterior approach intertransverse process autograft fusion and transpedicle screw fixation.All patients were followed up from 6 to 18 months,average 6 months.Results According to Nahal classification we observed the pre-op and post-op X-rays,all autograft healing well.Graded by Nahal socres,we have 15 cases perfect,9 cases of good,1 case fair.Conclusion Posterior approach intertransverse process autograft fusion and transpedicle screw fixation is an ideal protocol for senile degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis patients.
