大肠癌中HSP27与Survivin的表达及意义

摘要 目的研究HSP27和Survivin的表达与大肠癌临床病理的关系,探讨二者在大肠癌演变中的作用。方法采用免疫组化S-P方法检测44例大肠癌标本中HSP27和survivin的表达情况。结果三种大肠黏膜组织中HSP27、Survivin在大肠癌中表高表达(P<0.05);HSP27、Survivin表达与年龄、性别、大体类型、浸润深度、组织分级无关(P>0.05),而与大肠癌有无淋巴结转移及预后有关(P<0.05)。结论HSP27、Survivin表达与大肠癌的转移及预后有关。
