摘要
敏捷性单元是建立动态联盟的基础,企业的敏捷性与敏捷化开发是实施敏捷制造战略一个基础性问题.本文深入研究了敏捷化开发方法,在转换能力成熟性模型框架的基础上,提出了建立转换能力成熟性模型的流程,并进一步提出了一个结构化的分析过程,通过对企业的关键业备活动的成熟性分析和转换核心能力的开发来获得企业的敏捷化改进战略.这对正处于深入变革阶段的我国企业将具有一定的理论和实际指导意义.
The agile unit is the bedrock of vitual organization. Enterprise agility and its development play an essential role in implementing Agile Manufacturing Strategy. In this paper,we have researched the method of enterprise agility developing,and presented general procedures of establishing Change Proficiency Maturity Model (CPMM) based on the CPMM framework. And then,a structural analysis approach is given for the enterprise core competency progressing strategy. The results of this research are both theoretically and practically benefit to the deeper change of the enterprises in our country.
