MMP-26和MMP-7在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of MMP-26 and MMP-7 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨MMP-26和MMP-7在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达情况及其与其临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化的方法对70例NSCLC组织和30例癌旁正常肺组织进行MMP-26和MMP-7表达分析。结果:①肿瘤细胞MMP-26阳性表达率为64.3%;鳞癌、腺癌和大细胞癌组MMP-26表达水平依次降低(P<0.05);随着肿瘤分化程度降低和TNM分期增加MMP-26表达水平下降(P<0.01);②肿瘤细胞MMP-7阳性表达率为57.1%;腺癌MMP-7表达率高于其它组织学类型(P<0.05);MMP-7表达水平与TNM分期有关,且分期越高,表达率越高(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-26表达缺失意味着肿瘤恶性程度高,MMP-7表达增高则提示肿瘤侵袭能力增强。同时检测二者有助于判断NSCLC的恶性程度和预后。

Objective： To inyestigate the expression of MMP-26 and MMP-7 in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and their correlations with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods： The expression of MMP-26 and MMP-7 in 70 cases of NSCLC tissues and 30 cases of normal lung tissues were assessed by immunohistochemistry. Results： ①The positive rate of MMP-26 in tumor cells was 64.3%; The signal of MMP-26 was gradually weaker in squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, and large cell lung carcinoma （P〈0.05）; The expression of MMP-26 decreased progressively with loss of tumor histological differentiation and advanced TNM stages （P〈0.01 ）. ②The positive rate of MMP-7 in tumor cells was 57.1%; The expression of MMP-7 was noted more often in adenocarcinoma than in other histological types （P〈0.05）; A high MMP-7 expression in tumor cells was related to TNM stages （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Impaired MMP-26 expression may indicate high malignancy, and high expression of MMP-7 may be associated with more aggressive tumor behavior. Both of them may play a key role in evaluation on NSCLC progression and prognosis.
