摘要
目的探讨长治地区脑卒中发病与气压的关系。方法收集长治地区2007年1月至2008年12月脑卒中的发病资料以及该地区同期的气压资料,并逐日、逐月及逐季对照分析。结果长治地区脑卒中发病与当地平均气压有关,与24h变压无关。其中脑出血发病与气压呈双向关系,脑梗死发病与气压呈正相关。结论长治地区脑卒中的发病与气压有一定的相关性,指导高危人群合理作息,可规避气候变化对发病的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship-between the air pressure and stroke incidence in Changzhi area. Methods To collect the information of stroke incidence from January 2007 to December 2008 as well as the information of the air pressure over the same period in Changzhi area. Comparing and analyzing these information daily, monthly and seasonally. Results Stroke incidence is related with the local mean air pressure in Changzhi, and the stroke incidence is unrelated with the 24-hour air pressure change. Among these, cerebral hemorrhage is of two-way relationship with the air pressure, and cerebral infarction is positively related with the air pressure. Conclusion There are some correlation between stroke incidence and the air pressure in Changzhi area. It's helpful to guide the high-risk group of stroke to rest rationally in order to avoid the impact of the climate change on the incidence.
