摘要
为了对堵漏材料与漏失地层的配伍性做出科学的评价,研制出一套高保真模拟漏失地层堵漏评价试验装置。通过测井、物探等技术获取漏失地层的物理参数,制作与井下地层复杂地质条件高度相似的模拟漏失地层,利用高压泵将堵漏材料挤入模拟漏失地层进行评价。高保真对开岩心筒能够根据地层压力开启一定的裂缝,当压力释放时,模拟地层使堵漏液返排,根据井下温度可以在模拟装置上进行加热。室内评价结果为现场堵漏材料的配比提供了依据。该装置的研制为堵漏剂的优选、堵漏钻井液性能的评价及堵漏工艺的确定提供了一种科学、有效的试验评价方法,为相关科研和生产提供了科学依据。
To ensure a scientific evaluation of the compatibility between lost circulation material and thief formation,a hi-fi simulation evaluation test device for formation leakage plugging was developed.The physical parameters concerning thief formation are obtained through such technologies as well-logging and geophysical prospecting.The simulated leakage formation is produced,which is highly similar to borehole formation in terms of complex geological conditions.An evaluation is performed after the plugging material has been squeezed into the simulated formation by means of high-pressure pump.The hi-fi split core barrel can make a crack according to the formation pressure.When the pressure is released,the simulated formation makes the plugging liquid flow back.Heating can be conducted in the simulation device according to borehole temperature.The results of the laboratory evaluation provide a basis for the partitioning of field plugging material.
