摘要 为了解决注水系统压力频繁波动容易造成注水井的实际配注偏离地质配注,以及测调工作量大且难以控制的问题,利用固定节流-差式减压原理,研制了井下空心恒流量配水器。通过数学模型的建立、仿真及对配水器进行流量-压差试验,证明了恒流量配水器对1.0~5.0mm所有水嘴均能起到恒流作用,恒流压差1.2~30.0MPa,恒流量3.8~169.2m3/d。现场应用表明,配水技术能保证注水量的定量控制,提高了注水层段合格率和测试效率,实现了油田稳定注水。 To solve the problem that frequent fluctuation of the pressure in water injection system easily leads to the practical allocation of water injection well deviating from geological allocation and there is much work in the testing and regulation which are difficult to control,the borehole hollow constant flow water allocator was developed according to the fixed throttle-differential pressure relief principle.When injection pressure fluctuates within a certain range,the separate zone water injection can remain constant and unchanged.The structure and principle of the constant flow allocator are expounded.They prove to be basically feasible by means of establishment of mathematical model,simulation and flow-differential ground test of the constant flow allocators with different water nozzles.The field application shows that the borehole hollow constant flow water distribution technology can ensure the quantitative control of water injection rate and avoid the pressure fluctuation of injection system,thus achieving stable water injection in oilfields.
