经食道多普勒彩色血流显像在心脏手术中的应用

OPEN HEART SURGERY APPLICATION OF TRANSFSOPHAGEAL BOPPLER COLOR FLOW IMAGIN

经食道超声心动图(transesophageal echocardiograph,TEE)和彩色多普勒血流显像(Doppler flow Image DCFI)为心脏病人术中监测提供了新的手段,也可用于指导手术方法的选择手术疗效的判断。我院从1988年3月起应用此项技术,至1989年底对133例心脏手术病人在术中进行监测,现将TEE-DCFI在心脏手术中的应用价值,总结报道如下。

Intraoperative transesophageal doppler color flow imaging was used in 33 patients undergoing carbiac surgery for congenital and acquired cardiovascular diseases. The preoperative study done immediately before surgery revealed promissing results especially for damaged mitral (42%) and aortic (8-7%) valves. The adequancy of cardiac repair as a rule could be assesed immediately before the chest-closed, residual lesions were detected in 16 cases (15-8%) only, amony them 2 cases had serious hemodynamic disturbance received imediate reoperation. In addition transesophageal monitoring is also approach to indirect of intracardiac air residu, air emboli therefore prevention could be done immediately, we met 3 cases of this sort.
