摘要
根据对传统自助餐的改良,结合现代营养餐的要求和人们的就餐习惯,本文设计出一种既有九寨沟地方特色风味,又符合营养搭配平衡,还具备可操作性的风味营养自助餐。
Based on the improvement of the traditional buffet, the requirement of modem nutritious meals and people' s dining habits, an operational buffet has been designed with the local flavor of Jiuzhaigou and balanced nutrition distribution.
