摘要
提出了一种采用英飞凌XE164单片机实现中点电压钳位三电平单相全桥逆变电路拓扑PWM调制的方法。利用XE164单片机中的CCU6捕获比较单元进行载波和调制波的比较，从而实现PWM调制输出三电平逆变电路中各个开关管所需的控制波形。
In this paper, we propose a method of PWM modulation for three-level, single-phase and full-bridge inverters based on Infineon XE164 MCU. We employ the CCU6 in XE164 to realize the comparison between carrier and modulated signal, and thus obtain the control signal in PWM modulation.
