静吸全麻深度与脑电改变关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 于30例病人中观察了静吸复合全麻中的脑电改变,发现随着麻醉的由深转浅,脑电依次表现为“抑制”和“活化”的双相性改变。据此可准确地,客观地判断静吸复合全麻的麻醉深度。此外还观察到,在脑电的“活化期”,血压、心率波动大,提示麻醉中应维持一定深度,以避免麻醉意外。 The EEG changes during intravenous-inhalation anesthesia were studied on 30 patients. With the development of anesthesia depth from deep to light, dual changes of 'activation' and 'depression' were presented on EEG. Therefore, the anesthesia depth can be evaluated accurately and objectively according to the rules of EEG changes It was also found that BP and HR fluctuated violently during the period of 'activation of EEG', suggesting that convenient anesthesia depth should be maintained to avoid oaccidents.
