国内旅游者西藏旅游风险认知研究被引量：18

摘要风险认知是心理学的热门研究领域之一。旅游风险认知是旅游者对影响正常旅游活动的各种因素的心理感受和认识,是测量旅游者对某地旅游心理恐慌的重要指标。关于旅游者对西藏旅游风险认知的研究,可以很好地为构建西藏旅游危机管理系统服务。本文考察了影响旅游者对西藏旅游风险认知的主要因素,分析了不同因素对旅游者风险认知的影响,最后提出了如何将这些因素纳入旅游危机管理中的建议。
