摘要
针对硬质合金球质量惯性大、硬度高、加工设备刚性要求高的特点,为提高其加工精度和加工效率,提出了V形槽铸铁板孕镶金刚石与平面树脂金刚石砂轮行星研磨粗磨加工和三行星盘行星精密研磨相结合的加工技术,通过运动轨迹仿真论证了该加工方式的可行性,并对其粗、精加工工艺进行了试验分析。
The paper puts forward a high - precise machining technology for new cemented - carbide balls to improve the machining accuracy and processing efficiency, dealing with the balls'large inertial quality, high hardness and the processing equipment's high- rigid requirements, which utilizes a cast iron plate with V -groove inlayed diamond and a diamond - resin plate for coarse process, combining three - planet - plates planetary lapping method for finish process. Demonstrates the feasibility of the rough and the finish processes by simulating its moving trace, and studies the processes' optimization.
