给出了针对高碳钢轴承套圈淬火的四工位淬火压床的主要技术参数,在分析压床及淬火模具结构、工作原理及工作过程的基础上,介绍了压床的主要功能及其对于各种形状、尺寸被淬工件的适宜性等创新特点。
The main technical parameters of four - rams quenching press are given for bearing rings made from high carben chromium steels. Based on the analysis of the structure, introduces working principle and process of the press and quenching mold, the primary functions of the press and its suitability to various parts with different shape and size.
