摘要
采用传统方法合成了锂基润滑脂,并用红外对产品进行了分析。试验表明该制备过程是个放热反应,红外结果说明合成了锂基润滑脂。结合鲍林键焓假设,提出了一种热力学估算方法,计算结果表明,该反应热力学上可能发生,且是一个放热反应。试验结果与计算结果吻合,说明这种计算方法的正确性。
Lithium grease was synthesized by traditional method, analyzed by infrared. Experiment results shows that the preparation process is exothermic reaction, and infrared results indicates that lithium grease has been synthesized. With Pauling bond enthalpy, a thermodynamic estimation method was proposed. The calculation result shows that the reaction may occur on thermodynamics, and is an exothermic reaction. The experimental and calculation results are the same, confirming the correctness of this calculation method.
