短杂、西杂牛与泾源黄牛短期育肥对比试验研究

The Short-term Fattening Contrast Experimental Research of the Short-cataloes、Si-cataloes and Jing Yuan Cattle

[目的]为了泾源县肉牛育肥工作提供科学依据,本试验在相同的饲养环境条件下,选择发育、膘情相近的短杂、西杂牛与泾源黄牛进行短期育肥增重效果对比试验。[方法]通过测定不同品种牛的体重、日增重变化,进行经济效益分析,比较不同品种牛的增重效果。[结果]表明:在相同饲养管理条件下,短杂牛、西杂牛的日增重及饲料转化率与泾源黄牛相比,前者差异显著(P<0.05),后者差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]在今后的黄牛改良工作中,应大力推广西门塔尔牛做父本,改良本地黄牛。

[Objective]Under the same raising environment conditions, short-cataloes. Si-cataloes and Jing Yuan cattle were selected with the similar growth and body condition for short-term fattening increased-weight contrast experiment to provide scientific basis for the beef fatting in Jingyuan county. [Method]By mensurating the changes of body weight, daily gain in different cattle breeds and analyzing the economic benefits, the effect of gaining weight was compared. [Result]The result shows that compared with Jingyuan cattle, the daily gain and feed conversion rate of the short-cataloes and Si-cataloes under the same management conditions, the former had significant difference （ P 〈0.05）, and the latter had higher significant difference （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Simmental should be promoted greatly as male parent to improve the local yellow cattle for the future improvement.
