摘要 利用煤气化产生的合成气作为气体再燃燃料降低NOx的排放.选取了两种典型的空气气化和纯氧气化的煤制气作为再燃燃料,通过理论分析与数值模拟探讨了再燃区温度、再燃区停留时间及再燃燃料比例等因素对降低NOx排放的影响规律.结果表明,煤制气的再燃脱硝能力,随着温度的升高而加强,在高温时,煤制气的脱硝能力比较强;随着再燃区停留时间的增加而加强;随着再燃量的增加而增强,在相同再燃量的情况下,两种煤制气的还原效果大约相差5%,差距不大. The synthetical gas produced in the process of coal gasification can be used as reburn fuel to lower NOx emission.Two typical kinds of coal-gas gasificated with air or oxygen as reburn fuel were investigated.Numerical simulation was conducted on NOx emission reduction.The influences of reaction temperature,time duration and ratio of reburn fuel to primary fuel on gas reburning were studied.The NOx reduction efficiency of coal-gas increases as the temperature rises.It s of more efficiency at high temperature...
