摘要
20世纪90年代以来,逆向拍卖技术(Reverse Auction Technology,RAT)作为一种具有革命性和划时代意义的采购技术,从国外引进中国。本文针对逆向拍卖技术应用中产生的问题提出了"4S模型",探讨了采购+战略、对象+战略、供应商+战略对RAT的作用,并模拟了其作用,提出了企业运用"4S模型"的对策与建议。
Since the 90's in twenty century, reverse auction technology (RAT) as a revolutionary and epoch-making sig- ificance of the technology are introduced to our country. I put out a new sourcing model on RAT which is named 4S model t thesis, according to the problems in the process of RAT, exploring the applications of RAT model in three perspectives : )urcing 8c strategy, supplier 8~ strategy, and subject g: strategy. In the following, I simulate these applications and put out the aswer and suggestion to use the 4S model.
