创建经济实体的校企合作模式探讨——以物流管理专业为例

Study on Cooperation Pattern of School and Enterprise of Creating Economic Entity——Taking Logistics Management Specialty for Example

当前各院校为加强学生实践能力的培养,纷纷开展工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式的改革。物流管理专业是一个新兴专业,专业发展不成熟,与物流企业的合作仍停留在浅层次,主要开展以认知性、仿真性、模拟性为主的实践活动,缺乏实境化的教学实践活动。文章提出以建立经济实体的形式开展校企合作,并针对物流管理专业不同培养方向的不同职业能力探讨了三种经济实体的建立。

To improve the students＇ practical ability, the schools are carrying out the practice of combining work with study and cooperation between school and enterprise. The Logistics Management Specialty is a new specialty; its cooperation with enterprises is on a shallow level- Practice activity is based on cognitive character, simulation ability and imitating charac- ter, lack of practical teaching activities. The paper discusses cooperation pattern of school and enterprise in the form of creating economic entity, and puts forward three economic entities for the logistics management specialty based on different goals and different vocational ability.
