摘要
结合我国民营航空公司的经营现状,从潜在伙伴的资源和能力、战略联盟的稳定性两个方面对其伙伴选择影响因素进行了分析,以为其组建联盟提供一定的参考。
Based on the present operational situation of domestic private airlines ,the author analyzed two main influencing factors： resources and capacity of potential partners,stability of strategic union ,which should be considered when domestic private airlines select strategic partners, in order to provide reference for the establishment of union.
