摘要
从客户价值和市场细分的关系入手,总结了目前流行的客户分类和市场细分方法,分析了现有方法的不足,并设计了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)的客户价值评价体系,然后以此为据提出了一种新的市场细分的方法。
The paper summarizes the methods of customer segmentation and market segmentation based on the relation between the customer value and the market segmentation. After analyzing the shortcomings of them, it designs a customer value evaluation system based on AHP and puts forwards a new method of market segmentation.
