摘要 软件项目风险管理是一门新兴的学科。近年来,出现了一系列软件项目风险管理方法,取得了相应的成果。介绍了软件项目风险管理相关概念,阐述了软件项目风险管理工具和方法,并进行了比较分校。 Software risk management is an emerging discipline. In recent years, there has been a series of software project risk management methods and they have obtained the corresponding results. This paper first explains related concepts of Software Project Risk Management （SPRM）.Then the software project risk management tools and methods are Illustrated and compared.
