摘要
研究了小尺寸TFT-LCD模组生产流程风险的评估方法。在分析生产流程的基础上识别风险要素,建立计算模型;并以实际液晶面板生产企业为例,验证模型,得出风险分布图,分析需要重点监控的流程节点。
This article investigate a method of small size TFT-LCD production flow risk assessment, discriminating risk element base on production flow analysis and creating a computation module. Then the paper test the module with a real TFT-LCD enterprise, and work out risk distribution chart to analyze which step need to monitor.
